Child Safety Standards

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Parkle has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This page describes the standards we hold the app to, the measures we take to prevent and detect CSAE, and how to report a concern.

Adults only, by design

Parkle is restricted to adults 18 and older. We collect a birthdate at sign-up to confirm this, and our Terms of Service prohibit misrepresenting your age. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed on discovery.

Zero tolerance

Content or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers a minor โ€” including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or sextortion โ€” is strictly prohibited. We do not tolerate this in any form, on any part of the app, under any circumstances.

Prevention and detection

  • An 18-and-older eligibility gate at sign-up, with age misrepresentation prohibited under our Terms of Service.
  • Every profile, chat, and group can be reported or blocked at any time, before or after matching.
  • Reports are reviewed by our team, and violating accounts are removed.

Reporting and law enforcement cooperation

Any content or account we identify as involving CSAE is removed immediately. As required by federal law (18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A), we report such content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

How to report a concern

If you encounter content or behavior on Parkle that concerns you, use the Report tool available on any profile, chat, or group โ€” this reaches our team directly and confidentially. You can also email us at support@parkle.app.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. In the US, you can also report suspected CSAM directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
