Community Guidelines
Last updated: August 30, 2026
Be a real person with real photos. Treat everyone — dates, park buddies, group members — the
way you'd want to be treated. No harassment, hate, scams, or explicit content. Meet up safely.
Report what's wrong, and let our team handle it. These guidelines work alongside our
Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy.
Be who you say you are
Every good match, park buddy, or group meetup on Parkle starts with basic honesty about who you actually are.
- Use recent, real photos of yourself — no filters that misrepresent your appearance, no photos of someone else.
- Give your real age. Our age gate exists for everyone's safety, including yours.
- Don't impersonate anyone else, including celebrities, cast members, or theme park staff.
- Don't run more than one account, or make an account for someone who didn't ask you to.
- Don't claim any official connection to Disney, Universal, or any other park operator — Parkle is an independent fan app, and so is everyone on it.
Treat people with respect
A "not interested," an unmatch, or silence is a complete answer. It doesn't need to be argued with, and it's never an invitation to escalate.
- Take rejection gracefully — repeated messages after someone stops responding is harassment, not persistence.
- Don't pressure anyone for personal information, photos, or a meetup before they're ready.
- Disagreements happen — keep them respectful, and walk away rather than escalate.
- Respect the boundaries someone sets in their bio or in conversation, even if you don't understand them.
Photos & content standards
Parkle is meant to feel warm and welcoming to everyone who opens it, including people just browsing profiles at a park in line for a ride.
- No nudity or sexually explicit photos, in your profile or sent in chat.
- No graphic violence, gore, or content designed to shock.
- No photos of anyone other than yourself and, if relevant, the partner you're linked with in the Couples & Poly space.
- Bios and prompts should stay free of slurs, explicit language, and content that wouldn't be okay to say to someone's face at a park.
No hate, harassment, or threats
This one has no gray area. We remove it every time, no warning required.
- No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age.
- No threats of violence, self-harm content directed at another person, or content that encourages either.
- No stalking behavior — showing up uninvited to a park, group, or location because you found out where someone would be.
- No sharing anyone's private information (address, workplace, phone number) without their consent, on or off the app.
No scams, spam, or solicitation
- Never ask another user for money, gift cards, or financial help — no story makes this okay, and we will never ask you for it either.
- Don't advertise businesses, OnlyFans-style accounts, crypto, or any commercial product in your bio, prompts, or messages.
- Don't use Parkle to drive traffic to another app, platform, or service.
- If someone you've matched with brings up money, investing, or moving the conversation to another app quickly, that's a scam pattern — report it before responding further.
Companions & group etiquette
Companions mode and Groups exist for people who want a friendly face to ride coasters with, not a date. Treat them that way.
- If someone matched with you in Companions mode, keep it platonic unless they clearly signal otherwise — don't turn a park-buddy request into unwanted romantic pressure.
- In a group chat, remember everyone can see what you send — the same respect standards apply as anywhere else on Parkle.
- If you commit to meeting a group or companion at a park, show up or give real notice — flaking without a word ruins someone's day at the park.
- Group organizers can remove disruptive members; if you're removed from a group, that decision stands rather than being contested in another group.
Zero-tolerance violations
These result in an immediate, permanent ban — no warning, no appeal process.
Any content that sexually exploits or endangers a minor is reported to the National Center for
Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement, as required by law.
- Any sexual content involving, or that sexualizes, a minor.
- Using Parkle to solicit or arrange sex trafficking or exploitation.
- Credible threats of violence against another person.
- Being a registered sexual offender using the app in violation of local law.
Reporting & how we respond
Every profile, chat, and group in Parkle has a report option built in — use it any time something crosses a line, whether or not it's listed above.
- Reports go to a real review queue, not a black hole — our team looks at every one.
- You can block anyone at any time, immediately and without explanation, whether or not you also report them.
- Depending on severity, an account may receive a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban. We don't publish our exact thresholds.
- Reporting someone in bad faith, to harass or silence them, is itself a violation of these guidelines.
Changes to these guidelines
We'll update these guidelines as Parkle grows and new situations come up. If we make a
significant change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If anything here ever
conflicts with our Terms of Service, the Terms of
Service govern.
