Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Parkle account and all associated data directly from the app, any time, with no need to contact us first.

How to delete your account

Open the Parkle app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm twice — this is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes:

Your profile, including your bio, birthdate, photos, and prompts
Your location, if you had set one
All your matches, messages, and group memberships and messages
Your likes, passes, Super Likes, and Intro history
Your blocks and reports

There is no recovery period — once deleted, this data cannot be restored. Some information may be retained briefly in backups, or where we're legally required to keep it (for example, records tied to a safety report already in progress).

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to open Parkle to delete your account yourself, email us at support@parkle.app from the email address on your account and we'll delete it on your behalf.
